Loved every detail about my fairly nice 3 nights stay here. The food was appetising, included milk, jam, fruit and eggs. The stuff team was affable, the rooms where new-fashioned and compact and equipped with a huge french window, balcony. The location was nice - short way from everywhere I wanted to go.

The hotel with compact rooms, in a good area, to the bus stop at Parque Belen. The rooms with a huge french window and balcony, for example. Lots of goodies for breakfast.
Beds were quite hard.

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at Ayenda Zona Verde. The location was convenient and easy to access. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, with a nice large window that provided plenty of natural light. The rooftop bar where breakfast was served offered a stunning view of the city, making it a great way to start the day. The staff was friendly and accommodating, adding to the positive experience. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as some nearby construction noise and an odd mix-up about the mini fridge, overall I had a pleasant stay at Ayenda Zona Verde.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. the value for money was excellent, making it a great choice for budget travelers. Secondly, the staff were amazing - always friendly, helpful, and accommodating despite the language barrier. They really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Lastly, the location was perfect. It was conveniently close to where we wanted to be and getting a taxi was never a problem. Plus, the breakfast was delicious, with fresh fruits and juice to start the day.
The only minor issue I encountered was some traffic noise due to the hotel's location. But overall, everything was more than okay.

the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating and always greeted me with a smile. the hotel provided complimentary breakfast every morning and the food was decent. Another advantage of the hotel was its location; it was situated in a bustling neighborhood with plenty of shops and restaurants around. the hotel also had a great rooftop bar with amazing views of the city.
I must say that the hotel had a few drawbacks as well. my room was quite basic and lacked some amenities such as a fridge or hairdryer.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly and always had a smile on their faces, even though we had a bit of a language barrier . The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice large window and a clean bathroom. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh fruits and juices. Additionally, the rooftop bar and restaurant had an amazing view over the city, making my mornings all the more enjoyable.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

I had a fantastic time at this hotel. it was a great deal for the price. At just $45US per night, it was an absolute steal for a boutique hotel. The staff were also amazing, with several members who spoke English, making communication a breeze. The free breakfast was another highlight, offering a good variety including eggs, granola, and the usual continental options. The room itself was lovely, especially since I specifically requested a room on the third floor with a huge French window and a balcony. It really added to the overall experience. And let's not forget the dining experience at The Barrel, the hotel's restaurant on the fifth floor. The pork and beef dishes were absolutely magnificent.
All was well during my stay.

The hotel had good air conditioning, and the room was very clean. The key location was great for exploring the city, and it was very affordable.
There were several things that made our stay less than enjoyable. The room we booked didn't have a window to the outside, and the television was difficult to operate.

Thomas
The hotel is situated in an area with various shops, restaurants and ATMs that are easily reachable. The staff members were always friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome. The room was spacious with a decent bed, and the bathroom was clean with enough hot water. The breakfast had a variety of options to choose from with freshly squeezed juices being a highlight.
The street noise during the night was too loud and disturbing.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is impressive. The location is ideal, nestled in a residential area that ensures a peaceful stay. Additionally, the staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The rooms, especially those on the third floor with a huge French window, are cozy and well-maintained. Breakfast is also a delightful highlight.
All in all, everything was fine during my stay.
